Calaveras Council of Governments (CCOG) Joint Powers Agreement Recommendations.  Extensive discussion of changes recommended, Board of Supervisor additional changes made that day, and desire for staff to review all changes.  Direction given for BOS revisions and CCOG comments to be submitted to the City and for a Workshop to be held October 5.
