Appointment of Board members to agencies;
replacement of Board representative to the CCOG

Agenda item 8.  Discussion and possible action re: appointment of Board members as representatives to various committees, agencies and commissions for 2011.  Most Board of Supervisor appointments were kept the same (Spellman takes over for Thomas), except for CAMRA and CCOG.  Supervisor Callaway was removed as Board representative to CCOG (against her will and for no compelling reason).
